The petitioner is in custody in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.356 of 2018, G.R. No.4021 of 2018, for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 5696 liters liquor was seized. He further submits that from whose possession the liquor was seized was granted bail by this Court in Criminal Misc. No.25294 of 2019 vide order dated 26.03.2019 and other co-accused has already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

No.29544 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that in similar circumstance other co-accused have already been granted bail by different Benches of this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 356 of 2018, G.R. No.4021 of 2018.
