JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03/ 11-02-2015 The petitioner being the husband of the victim has renewed his prayer for bail in Sessions Trial No. 659 of 2013 arising out of Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 20.02.2013.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after four years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Begusarai dated 12th of December, 2014 reflects that the trial will be concluded within a period of six months.
