2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.02.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6778 of 2013.

4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order passed in the writ petition has been modified by a Division Bench of this Court in an LPA preferred by the State, no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
