====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 361 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 365 and 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is delay of 21 days in lodging the F.I.R. He also submits that the instant case is counter blast of Complaint case no. 307 of 2019 filed by mother of Ashok Dom. The petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2020.

Referring to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement of victim before the Court falsifies the allegation of abduction of the husband of the informant.
