Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 379, 504 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, the pre-arrest bail application of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 19.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51063 of 2022.

No fresh ground has been made out by the petitioner for reconsideration of his pre-arrest bail application. Regard being had to allegation made in F.I.R., Court not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
