The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/Direction/Commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from the Purshottampur Koria Minor at R.D 25.00 (R) of Lakhaura Canal Situated at village Purshottampur under Chauradano Circle, District East Champaran."
