2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. At the time of appointment, petitioner furnished all the relevant documents and after verification of those documents by the competent authority, petitioner was appointed to the aforesaid post. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35680 of 2023(5) dt.11-08-2023 2/2 committed no offence. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service vide letter no. 10.05.2021 issued by the District Program Officer (Establishment) Begusarai vide Annexure-2. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriya Bariyarpur P.S.
