Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.01.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79876 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 18.01.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79876 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45304 of 2021(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
