The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2022 in connection with Bettiah Excise P.S. Case No.30 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 25.560 litres of foreign liquor from the motorcycle.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.02.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah

The petitioner will visit the office of the SubInspector, Excise Prohibition, Shikarpur Anchal on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
