The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner who happens to be mother-in-law of the sister of the informant is said to have committed her dowry death along with her family members and dumped the dead body of the deceased in well.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased. She has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. She has been falsely implicated in the case. She has been living separately from the deceased and her husband and she has no

She has no criminal antecedent. She happens to be lady and has been languishing in custody since 07.02.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S.
