The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner caught hold of the informant and instigated other co-accused persons to assault. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that present case is counter blast of Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2022. There is no allegation of assault against this petitioner and he is only alleged to have facilitated the occurrence.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29975 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.
