2. The present petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.77994 of 2023 (Manish Rai and Ors. vs. the State of Bihar) by this Court.

3. An order was passed on 19.03.2024 in the aforesaid case, more than two years later, the present petition for modifying the said order and to extend the period of surrender.

4. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that two years is/are more than enough time and it is clear that the petitioners do not abide by the order of the Court.

5. In that background, the modification petition stands rejected.
