1. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the CBI submits that the appellant has been sentenced for different offences and the learned trial court directed all the sentences of imprisonment to run consecutively and aggregate sentence of the said punishments is greater than ten years of punishment hence this matter should be placed before the Division Bench.

2. Considering the above submission, let the appeal be placed before an appropriate Bench under the order of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

3. The appellant is directed to take steps to make necessary modifications in the memo of appeal to get it converted into Cr. APP (DB).
