2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed the bail bond, but it was filed on the date fixed after delay and the same has not been accepted and warrant of arrest has been issued.

3. In the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

4. The order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran in Cr. Revision No. 63 of 2024 is quashed.

5. The Court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioners and proceed further in accordance with law.

6. It is also directed that the Court below will not insist for appearance of the petitioners on each and every date, but will call them only on the date their appearance is necessary.
