The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barahiya P.S.Case No.222 of 2018 pending in the Court of ADJIst, Lakhisarai registered for an offence under Section 377 of IPC and Section 04/12 of the POCSO Act.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner committed unnatural sex with the son of the informant in a room and on hulla, he released him.

In view of nature of allegation and statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and also considering the medical report of the victim, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
