Petitioner seeks bail in GO Case No.202 of 2019 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No.40 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 120-B Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 35 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, Pradeep Sah, Petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ V cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga, in connection with GO Case No.202 of 2019 arising out of Baheri P.S. Case No.40 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
