JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 511, 397, 398 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but the allegation of dacoity as well as causing injury to the informant is not against the petitioner and it is only stated in the written report of informant that petitioner along with F.I,.R named accused Govind yadav hatched the conspiracy for commission of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.01.2019.
