1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parwalpur P.S. case no 117 of 2025 registered for the offences under section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.02.2026 and the informant alleges that while returning home, he was intercepted by two unknown miscreants and looted his motorcycle and mobile.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that FIR was against unknown and the petitioner came to be implicated in the case during the course of investigation, it is next submitted that motorcycle of the

No.30959 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 petitioner was forcefully taken by the police to the police station and thereafter at para 66 of the case diary, it was recorded that motorcycle of the petitioner was used in commission of the loot, it is further submitted that petitioner is a student of B.A. Part III, as would be manifest through the identity card and provisional marksheet as annexed Annexure-P/4 to the regular bail application, it is also submitted that if petitioner is remained in judicial custody for long time, he may come in contact with criminal.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel of the parties, let the petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Parwalpur P.S. case no 117 of 2025, subject to the condition that one of the bailer should be father of the petitioner, namely, Anil Prasad.
