The petitioner is accused in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 08 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 25(1-b)A, 26(i) (ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 23.01.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
