The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 598/2018 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 419/420/ of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no knowledge as to how the said Abhishek Kumar was appearing and has no concern with the said Abhishek Kumar. The petitioner is student and his career shall be ruined if taken into custody.

Considering the nature of allegations, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or
