2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380, 427, 504 and 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victims. The victims have sustained simple injuries.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegation, it is not a case of Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code but it is a free fight.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
