====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Tilak Ray Ka Hata P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant's daughter by means of kada upon her head as a result of which informant's daughter sustained head injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though specific allegation of assaulting the informant's daughter is attributed against the petitioner but informant's daughter
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29895 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/3 received simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance, as mentioned in impugned order. He further submits that there is no allegation of giving repeated blow upon the head of informant's daughter against the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is a computer Engineer posted at Bengaluru, Karnataka and he is having bright future. Petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner bears no criminal antecedent.
5. The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioner, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Tilak Ray Ka Hata P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down
