Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for regular bail arises out of Sathi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 341,323, 324, 354, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2021. He does not have any criminal antecedent as stated in the application. Allegedly, the petitioner assaulted the informant's niece and the informant with lathi.
