2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 261 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of one Guddu Sah. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime and it has also come that the accused persons including the petitioner had conspired and killed the deceased. The bail application of Guddu Sah has been rejected rejected vide order dated 3.5.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17572 of 2024.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in the killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
