This Civil Revision application has been filed by the petitioner against the judgment and decree dated 15.01.2019 and 25.01.2019 respectively passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)/ Munsif, Biharsharif, Nalanda in Eviction Suit No. 06 of 2013.

During the argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this Civil Revision accordingly, this revision petition may be disposed of as not pressed. However, he has prayed that the petitioner may be granted one year time to vacate the suit premises. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that one year is too much time to serve the purpose, three months time is sufficient to vacate the said land. However, both the parties agreed that nine months time is sufficient to vacate the suit premises by the petitioner.

No.71 of 2019(8) dt.08-09-2022 2/2 In view of the submissions of both the parties, nine months time from today is granted to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises peacefully and hand over vacant possession of the same to the plaintiff/ respondent and during that period the rent of the suit premises be paid to the plaintiff/respondent. With the above direction, this Civil Revision is disposed of as not pressed.
