The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8582 of 2013 which was dismissed for non-prosecution.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present application stood dismissed for default on account of non-prosecution as the learned counsel could not present himself due to certain unavoidable circumstances.

For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the M.J.C. No. 1308 of 2017 is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.1308 of 2017 (3) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 Let the C.W.J.C. No. 8582 of 2013 be restored to its original file.
