2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant purchased Hyva Tipper bearing registration no. JH-13E-8085 from one Ranjit Prasad at Chatra (Jharkhand) and after two years the informant sold the said vehicle to this petitioner on 16.07.2021 with a condition to deposit all the dues to the Financer Hinduja Leyland Finance Company and after taking the vehicle the petitioner had never paid the installment amount to the financier on time and thereafter, this petitioner also tampered the registration number and chasis number of the said

4. It is submitted that due to pressure exerted by the Financier, this false case has been lodged against the petitioner. Moreover, both parties have compromised the case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 1205 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
