JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.A. A writ of Certiorari for quashing the act done by the respondent nos.1 to 3 and 6 by which act the aforesaid respondents are ready to construct a road on the land of the petitioner without giving notice to him or without acquiring the land of the petitioner under the Act. B. A writ of mandamus directing the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and 6 to not construct the road on the private land of the petitioner which is homestead land.

C. A writ of mandamus directing the respondents to not

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Darbhanga for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
