The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341 and 354B of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner has tried to outrage the modesty of the informant inside the temple, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
