The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case no. 48 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31180 of 2022(2) dt.16-11-2022 2/2 committed no offence. A statement has been made in para No. 12 of the petition that petitioner has lost his job and have made accused in the present case.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 48 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
