2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 369 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 96 & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8 & 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in relationship and the victim had eloped with the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S.
