2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 18.01.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5104 of 2014.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties, Annexure-A whereof being an order dated 02.03.2016 discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.
