2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by District Magistrate, Darbhanga, whereby the application for renewal of Stamp Vending licence of the petitioner was cancelled.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not deposited the licence fee after 2016-17 and as such he was not entitled to consideration for renewal of Stamp Vending licence and there is no infirmity in the order of the District Magistrate, Darbhanga refusing renewal of Stamp Vending licence of the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner was ailing at

Patna High Court CWJC No.9210 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 the relevant time and as such he could not apply for renewal fee of licence, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application for renewal of Stamp Vending licence along with fee for the year 2017-18 and 2018-19 and if any fine for delayed deposit of the licence fee within a period of 60 days from today. On submission of application with renewal fee for the year 2017-18 and 1018-19 along with the fine of delayed deposit, the Collector shall reconsider the case of the petitioner for renewal of Stamp Vending licence for renewal, if there is otherwise no legal impediment and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such application along with fee.

5. Previous order shall not come in the way of the Collector in passing fresh order.

6. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
