The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities not to use the private land of the petitioner for the purposes of construction of village road. It is the case of the petitioner that the village road is being sought to be made over the private land of the petitioner bearing khata no. 96, survey plot no. 703 situated at villageSewa Bigha, District Arwal. This Court finds that the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to approach the Collector, Arwal and in fact it appears that the petitioner has also made a representation dated

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Arwal by filing appropriate representation, regarding his aforesaid grievances and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
