ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the State and counsel for the A.G., Bihar, Patna. At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that all of his retiral dues were paid, except the arrear of pension for 2 years.

Counsel for the State submits that due to nonproviding of no objection certificate, the said payment has not been made. On the basis of the pleadings made by the parties, I am hereby directing the respondent no. 2 who shall consider on

Patna High Court CWJC No.12980 of 2021(4) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 the point of non-payment of the arrear of the pension of the petitioner upon receiving the representation from the petitioner within 4 weeks from today and statutory interest also if paid, the respondent no. 2 is directed to look into the matter and pass a reasoned order and also directed to take action against the hearing officials, due to which everything was paid but arrear of pension was not paid. He is directed to take a decision within 4 months from the date of filing the representation and assure the payment to the petitioner, 4 weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed off.
