2. The only interference the petitioner seeks from this Court is in respect of the quantum of punishment being disproportionate to the gravity of the charge.

3. Considering the aforesaid records relating to the disciplinary action taken against the petitioner, as well as, the charge, I do not find to interfere in any manner with the penalty order awarded to the petitioner, which commensurates with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11908 of 2013(9) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner.
