Mr. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner was permanent class-III employee, who died in harness on 21.08.2017 and thereafter the petitioner applied for compassionate appointment, which is pending consideration at the level of the respondents. He further submits that the father of the petitioner died on 21.08.2017 and as such the family members of the deceased employee is in financial constrained on account of death of the bread earner.
