The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 258 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24588 of 2020 on 07.10.2020.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
