The petitioner (wife) and the opposite party (husband) filed I.A. No.01 of 2019 and supplementary affidavit stating that they have compromised the Matrimonial Suit No.108 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur and now they have agreed to settle their dispute amicably. The husband agreed to pay Rs.10 lacs to the petitioner (wife) within six weeks from the date of passing of this order. The husband further agreed to return the remaining articles of the petitioner, which were gifted to her before or at the time of her marriage. The petitioner shall withdraw Complaint Case No.1133 of 2016 and Maintenance Case
Patna High Court MJC No.145 of 2017(10) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 No.169 of 2016. Both the parties shall file petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur within six weeks from today. Having considered the facts that both the parties have agreed to settle their disputes amicably, this petition for transfer of the Matrimonial Suit No.108 of 2016 from the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga has now become infructuous.
