The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have obtained the job of Panchayat teacher on the basis of forged certificate and mark sheet of Bihar School Examination Board tampering with the marks secured by her.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. She has been falsely implicated in the case. She

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32375 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 had furnished the documents provided to her by the competent authority at the time of her joining and after verification of the documents and finding the same genuine she was allowed to join the service. She had no knowledge of any tampering with the document. Now she has been terminated from her service. Similarly situated persons namely Savita Kumari and Ghanshyam Rai have been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.04.2019 and 07.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 22698 of 2019 and 13452 of 2019 respectively.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 177 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
