The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused from whose possession arms and ammunition were recovered.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

Petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within the stipulated period, the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, Ara and Additional Superintendent of Police,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41018 of 2021(2) dt.18-05-2022 2/2 Bihta are directed to take all steps for arrest of the accused persons in this case.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, Ara and Additional Superintendent of Police, Bihta for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
