JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite parties have passed order but the monetary benefit has not been reached the petitioners.

Considering the fact that order in compliance of the order of the writ court has been passed, the present application is disposed of. If the order in terms of order of the writ court has been complied passed, the Court believes that the benefit arising out the order must reach the petitioners and if the benefit does not reach the petitioners within a period of one month from today, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to file affidavit for revival of the present proceeding. The petitioners are also required to provide the documents whatever is required in order to final settlement of the claim of the petitioners.
