Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No.1005 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between both the parties and both parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
