2. On 17.11.2017, on account of non-appearance of the petitioner, this case was dismissed for non-prosecution. Subsequently, by order dated 07.03.2018 passed in M.J.C. No.3516 of 2017, the case was restored.
3. Even after the lapse of almost nine years, when the case is listed today, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the writ application. It is, therefore, clear that
