JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 5.2.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6120 of 2018 wherein the prayer for bail of the petitoner was rejected with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below with a period of three weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of illness, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below in time, makes a prayer for extension of time. In view of the above, let the time for surrender of the petitioner is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the order dated 5.2.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52688 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Misc. No. 6120 of 2018 is modified to the extent indicated above.
