The petitioner has filed this writ petition for grant of compensation for acquisition of land of the petitioner measuring 8.49 Acre in Land Acquisition Record No.48/2012-13. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner of old Khata No.113, New Khata No.226, situated in Mouza-Dharampur Plot No.2036 south, measuring area 10 katha 15 Dhur and New Khata No.216 of Mouza-Jakhar Plot No.1978, 1977, 1751, 1961 and 1963 measuring about 6 kathas

Patna High Court CWJC No.18134 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 have been acquired for construction of embankment. Learned counsel for the State submits that the land of the petitioner has not been acquired.

Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with direction to the petitioner to file petition before the Land Acquisition Officer mentioning about the lands acquired for construction of embankment and grant of compensation and if such petition is filed by the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of this order, Land Acquisition authority, Samastipur shall pass order within three months from the date of such representation filed by the petitioner.
