2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 54 of 2025, dated 09-02-2025, instituted for offences punishable under Sections137(2), 87, and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3.The prosecution case, in short, is that on 06-02-2025 at around 10:00 A.M., the informant's 16-year-old daughter was kidnapped at gunpoint by Ahmed Raja Ansari and five others, including the petitioner. When the informant's son tried to stop them, he was assaulted. It is alleged that the victim was taken to the house of Ahmed Raja Ansari's brother-in-law,

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the main allegation is against co-accused Ahmed Raja Ansari, who was in love affairs with the informant's daughter. The daughter of the informant left her home on her own sweet will along with Ahmed Raja Ansari, and nothing wrong has been committed by the petitioner. The petitioner is a co-villager and has no concern with the said Ahmed Raja Ansari. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and has remained in custody since 17.02.2025. Lastly, it has been submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor (APP) for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Vaishali, in connection with Vaishali P. S. Case No. 54 of 2025.
