2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 334(1), 303(2) and 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 05.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30822 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 30 of 2025.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kotwali Police Station, District-Gaya on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
