The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the allegation that a Maruti Suzuki WagonR was intercepted by the police and the petitioner was found driving the vehicle carrying 150 litres of liquor, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application for bail is rejected.
