No. 16107 of 2004, District Selection Committee convened and considered the case of the petitioners.

2. By resolution dated 21.08.2019, it was found that from the panel prepared in the year 2004, it would legally untenable to give appointment to the candidates on Group D posts.

3. In view of the said resolution of the District Selection Committee, no case for initiating contempt against the opposite parties is made out.
